Good Morning, friends! I am so excited to showcase not only one of THE most talented card-makers/papercrafters/coloring queens in the WORLD, but Lorie Souther is a dear sweet friend and I’m proud to be able to say so! Here’s a bit about Lorie in her own words and her incredible inspiration for you today!
My name is Lorie Souther, and I’m SO excited to have the opportunity to share some paper crafted creations with you here on The Market Street Stamps Blog. I enjoy many, many different kinds of crafts, including painting, crochet, sewing, and paper crafting, but paper crafting has fast become my favorite addiction. I live on a farm in rural Missouri and absolutely love life in the country. The peaceful and quiet setting provides for much inspiration to do what I love, which is create.
When I’m not blogging or crafting, I love to garden, and read. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 30 years this May and we are blessed with two sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and two adorable and very precious grandsons who keep us happily busy and endlessly entertained. I want to thank Angelica and Jorge for this opportunity to share with you and it’s my hope that you will enjoy what you see.
Check out how Lorie used Riding By (illustrated by the talented Samantha Casey) to stamp her left panel and how she cropped her colored bicycle from that set – and aren’t those colors divine? They scream “Vintage Spring”! Be sure to visit her on her blog, The Thinkin’ Spot, for even MORE amazing eye candy!
